  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 c. rice vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp maple syrup
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper, black, grnd
  • 1/4 tsp pepper, cayenne, -=or possibly=- more
  •     desired
  • 6 c. red cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 3/8 c. parsley, minced
  • 3 Tbsp. cilantro, minced
  • 3/8 c. onions, red, chopped
