  • 1 tsp Ginger, grnd
  • 1/4 c. Flour
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Oil
  • 2 med Onions, peeled and minced.
  • 1 can Tomatoes (16 ounce)
  • 1 c. Beef stock
  • 1 x Red pepper,seeded/minced
  • 12 x Figs,fresh
