Artichoke Egg And Cheese Casserole Recipe


  • 10 beaten large eggs
  • 1 pt. low fat cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (6 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, liquid removed
  • 1 jar marinated artichoke hearts, minced small, reserve oil
  • To oil add in sufficient melted butter to equal 1/2 c.
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr


Mix First Six Ingredients Together. Mix Rest Of Ingredients Together. Then Add In To First Mix. Bake At 350 Degrees For 40 Min.
