Airport Slaw Recipe


  • 1 head white cabbage
  • 1 med Head red cabbage
  • 2 lrg Purple onions, sliced into rings
  • 1 stalk celery, diced coarsley
  • 1 x Green apple, unpeeled, diced
  • 1 x Red apple, unpeeled, diced
  • 1 head cauliflower, separate into flowerets & dice
  • 2 lrg Bell peppers, sliced into rings
  • 3 x Limes, juice of (or possibly lemons)
  • 2 bot cole slaw dressing
  • 1/2 tsp Celery seed
  •     Salt & pepper to taste


Chop Cabbages Coarsely. Mix All Ingredients In Large Pan & Store In Refrigerator 4-24 Hrs (the Longer, The Better). Stir Bottom To Top Several Times During Chilling. GORDON E. MC…
