Asian Flank Steak Recipe


  • 1/4 c. Light Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. White Wine Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Granulated Sugar
  • 2 tsp Cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd Ginger
  • 1 lb Flank Steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 lrg Green Bell Pepper, julienne
  •     Cooked Rice for Four, plain or possibly Asian flavored


In A Heavy Durable Plastic Bag, Blend Together The Soy Sauce, White Wine Vinegar, Sugar, Cornstarch, And Ginger Till Smooth. Add In The Thinly Sliced Flank Steak And Toss To Coat.…
