Artichoke Dip Recipe


  • 3 jar marinated artichockes liquid removed and minced
  • 1/2 c. Parmesean cheese, grated
  • 1/2 c. Romano cheese, grated
  • 2 can green chilies, minced and liquid removed
  • 1 x Mayonaise (to 1 1/2 c.)
  •     Chopped garlic to taste
  •     Tabasco to taste


Mix Artichokes, Parmesean, Romano, Chilies And Mayonaise. Add In Garlic And Tabasco To Taste. Bake At 350F For About 30 Min, Till Brown Around Edges And Bubbly. Serve With Crackers…
