- 2 tsp Capers, minced
- 2 tsp Mixed herbs, including thyme, sage and oregano
- 1/3 c. Ketchup (or possibly tomato sauce, in the Australian sense, if you can get it)
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 c. Vinegar
