Apple Lasagna Recipe


  • 8 ounce Lasagna noodles, precooked till al dente (Or possibly "no bake noodles soaked in warm water for a few min till pliable)
  • 4 x Baking apples, cored, peeled and sliced thinly
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon (or possibly so, depending on your taste)
  •     Nutmeg
  • 1/2 c. Brown sugar plus some for "sprinkling"
  • 2 c. Ff ricotta or possibly cottage cheese
  • 8 ounce Shredded ff cheddar cheese
  • 1 x Egg white (can be omitted if you like)
  • 1 c. Good apple cider


Place 1/3 Of The Apples In The Bottom Of A Deep Square Baking Dish (glass). Sprinkle With Some Cinnamon And Brown Sugar. Place 1/3 Of The Pre-cooked Noodles On Top. Mix The Cheeses…
