• 1 tsp grnd cinnamon
• 1 tsp grnd mace
• 1/2 tsp grnd cardamom or possibly cumin
• 1/2 tsp grnd cloves
• 1/2 tsp grnd allspice
• 2 Tbsp. orange marmalade or possibly candied orange
•     peel
• 1 x orange juiced
• 4 med Large eggs
• 6 Tbsp. Cognac or possibly 1 miniature
•     bottle fortified muscat wine
•     or possibly port or possibly marsala
•     or possibly rich oloroso sherry
