Antipasto For Two Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 leaves Romaine lettuce
  • 6 slices Provolone cheese
  • 6 slices salami
  • 1 sm. jar pimentos
  • 1 sm. jar anchovies
  • 1/2 c. chick peas
  • 1/2 jar marinated artichokes
  • 6 slices red onion
  • 1 can white tuna (liquid removed)
  • 1/4 pound mushrooms, sliced
  • Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper

Description

Arrange Romaine Leaves On A Platter. Top With Remaining Ingredients And Sprinkle With Oil, Vinegar, Salt And Pepper. Serves 2.
