- 1 sm. jar pimentos
- 1 sm. jar anchovies
- 1/2 c. chick peas
- 1/2 jar marinated artichokes
- 6 slices red onion
- 1 can white tuna (liquid removed)
- 1/4 pound mushrooms, sliced
- Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper
Description
Arrange Romaine Leaves On A Platter. Top With Remaining Ingredients And Sprinkle With Oil, Vinegar, Salt And Pepper. Serves 2.
