  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 T flour
  • 1 c. chicken broth/stock
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 T parsley
  • 1 or possibly 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt & pepper
  • 14 ounce marinated artichokes, liquid removed
  • 2 T Parmesan cheese
  • Linguine pasta
