- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 teaspoons xanthan gum
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 cup Crisco vegetable oil
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 cup of water (might not use all of this)
- potato starch (for rolling out the dough in)
- Hormel pepperoni slices(Hormel pepperoni is gluten free)
- shredded italian blend or mozzarella cheese
