Apricot Chutney Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 sm Lime
  • 1 c. Granulated Sugar
  • 1 c. Packed Brown Sugar
  • 1 c. Dry Currants
  • 1 c. Cider Vinegar (5% acidity)
  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh Ginger
  • 3/4 tsp Grnd Ginger
  • 1 tsp Dry Mustard
  • 1 tsp Grnd Allspice
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 dsh Grnd Cloves
  • 3 sm Dry Warm Red Chiles crushed
  • 1/2 c. Minced Onions
  • 1 sm clv garlic chopped or possibly pressed
  • 4 lb Apricots pitted & quartered

Description
