  • 3 Tbsp. Non-dairy fat-free coffee ma
  • 2 Tbsp. Non-fat cream cheese
  • 1/2 lb Penne pasta
  • 3 Tbsp. Non-fat cheddar cheese, shre
  • 1/2 x Crushed red pepper flakes
