Acar Bawang (pickled Shallots) Recipe


  • 2 Tbsp. White vinegar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 11/2 Tbsp. White sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. Hot water
  • 24 x Shallots peeled & sliced


Mix All Ingredients Except Shallots, Stirring Till Sugar Dissolves. Combine With Shallots And Sliced Chili, If You Like. Leave 2-3 Hrs Before Serving.
