Almost Grandma's Sausage And Peppers Recipe


  • 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 12 x Warm Italian sausages
  • 1 med Onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. Chopped garlic
  • 2 x Red peppers, seeded & sliced
  • 1 x Green pepper seeded and diced
  • 3 Tbsp. Tomato paste
  • 3/4 c. Dry white wine
  • 1 tsp Fennel seeds
  •     Salt
  •     White pepper
