- 1/2 c. diced yellow or possibly red bell pepper
- 4 ounce mushrooms, sliced (about 1 1/2 c.)
- 1/4 c. dry white wine
- 1/2 c. chicken broth/stock or possibly bottled clam juice
- 1/4 teaspoon EACH white pepper, nutmeg & salt
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
