Antipasto Vinaigrette Recipe


  • 2/3 c. low sodium chicken broth undiluted
  • 1/4 c. white wine vinegar
  • 2 ounce pimiento liquid removed and diced
  • 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp salt
