Ingredients
- 1 T butter
- 1/4 c. dry white wine
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1 pound scallop (bay scallops)
Description
Heat Butter, Wine, Lemon And Thyme. Pour Over Rinsed Scallops. Marinate For 15-20 Min At Room Temperature. Bake In A 450 Degree Oven For 5-6 Min. Don't Overcook.
