- 1 Tbsp. Grnd cinnamon
- 4 med -size baking apples, pared and thinly sliced
- 2Â 3/4 c. Sifted flour
- 3 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2/3 c. Vegetable shortening
- 1Â 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
