  • 1 pound French bread (not sourdough)
  • 1 stick butter
  • 6 cloves garlic">garlic or possibly garlic">garlic pwdr
  • 2 T sesame seeds
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 T lemon pepper and parsley
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichokes, liquid removed & quartered
