  • 2 Tbsp. minced fresh basil
  • 2 tsp minced fresh thyme
  • 2 tsp minced fresh oregano
  • 2 x bay leaves
  • 2 1/2 c. minced peeled, seeded tomatoes
  • 3 c. chicken stock
  •     Cayenne to taste
  • 1/2 c. heavy cream
  •     Freshly-grnd white pepper to taste
