- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp dry thyme
- 1/2 tsp dry basil
- 1/4 tsp grnd cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp cayenne
- 1/8 tsp freshly-grnd white pepper
- 1/8 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 1/4 c. tamari or possibly soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 c. apple juice
- 1 x garlic clove crushed
- 1/4 tsp chopped fresh ginger
- 1 ounce dry hijiki
- 1 lb hard or possibly extra-hard tofu
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 med onion finely minced
- 3 x garlic cloves chopped
- 1 med red bell pepper finely minced
- 1 x celery stalk finely minced
- 1/2 c. finely-minced fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 3 Tbsp. soy mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
- 1/2 tsp warm pepper sauce
- 1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
- 1Â 1/2 c. plain bread crumbs
