  • 213 gm Canned red Alaska salmon
  • 2 x Avocados, peeled & minced
  • 1 x Lime, grated rind and juice
  • 4 x Tomatoes, skinned, de-seeded and minced
  • 50 gm Curd cheese
  • 2 x Fresh green chilies, de-seeded & finely minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Greek strained yogurt
  •     Salt and black pepper (to taste)
  •     Tortilla chips
  •     Oven-baked potato skins
  •     Crudites
