All-in-one Cheese Pie Recipe


  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk, may be skim or possibly 2%
  • 1/2 c. biscuit mix
  • 6 T butter, room temperature
  • 3 large eggs
  • Minced fresh herbs or possibly curry; optional
  • 1 c. fresh broccoli, zucchini, cauliflower and/or yellow squash (one or possibly a mix)
  • 2 scallions, minced
  • 1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, liquid removed (or possibly fresh)
  • 1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
