Autumn Sweet Potato Bake Recipe


  • 1 (18 ounce) can sweet potatoes (liquid removed)
  • 1 (17 ounce) can apricot halves (drain and save juice)
  • 3 T brown sugar
  • 1 T cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 c. raisins
  • 3 T dry sherry
  • 1/2 teaspoon orange peel
  • 1 sm. can crushed pineapple (optional)
