Ingredients
- 1 lg. onion, minced
- 2 T celery leaves
- 1 chicken, cooked, skinned, boned and diced
- 1/4 c. rice
- 7 c. water
- 2-3 beaten large eggs
Description
Saute Onion And Celery Leaves Together. Add In Chicken, Rice, And Water And Simmer For About 1/2 Hour. Add In Large Eggs The Last 5 Min Or Possibly Cooking.
