Austrian Egg Soup Recipe


  • 1 lg. onion, minced
  • 2 T celery leaves
  • 1 chicken, cooked, skinned, boned and diced
  • 1/4 c. rice
  • 7 c. water
  • 2-3 beaten large eggs


Saute Onion And Celery Leaves Together. Add In Chicken, Rice, And Water And Simmer For About 1/2 Hour. Add In Large Eggs The Last 5 Min Or Possibly Cooking.
