- 1 can artichoke hearts
- 1 can Progresso bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. Romano or possibly Parmesan cheese
- Extra virgin olive oil (just a smidgen)
- 1-2 toes of garlic
Description
Drain Water From Can Of Artichokes And Save To Later Moisten Ingredients To Desired Consistency. Chop Hearts, Garlic, And Cheese, And Roll By Hand Into Balls. Roll In Bread Crumbs.
