- 100 gm unsalted butter, cut into pcs at room temperature
- 3 x granny smith apples, peeled
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 4 Tbsp. brown sugar
Description
Peel And Chop The Apples And Stew Them Gently With The Butter, Sugar And Cinnamon Till The Fruit Is Reduced To A Hard Pulp. Allow To Cold. Puree The Mix Till Very Smooth And Chill.
