Tofu Potato Salad With Dill Recipe

Ingredients

  • 5 lrg Potatoes
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 10 ounce Soft (MoriNu) lite tofu
  • 2 x To 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  •     Water for steaming
  • 4 Tbsp. Fresh dill weed (or possibly 1-1/2 tb Dry dill)
  • 2 x To 3 Tbs. brown rice
  •     Vinegar
  •     Or possibly lemon juice
  •     Water if needed for
  •     Blending
  • 2 tsp Low-sodium tamari
  • 4 stalk celery, chopped
  • 2 tsp Prepared mustard
  • 1/2 c. Chopped fresh parsley
