Apricot Chutney Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 7/20 kg fresh apricots
  • 1 3/20 kg after splitting and stoning
  • 700 gm onlons
  • 225 gm seedless raisins
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard seed
  • 1 x level tsp. chilli pwdr
  • 1 x level tsp. turmeric
  • 450 gm soft bronvn sugar
  •     Grated zest and juice of 1 orange and 1 lemon
