Ingredients
- 5 lb Grnd beef
- 6 x Jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
- 1 Tbsp. Black peppercorns, cracked once
- 2 Tbsp. Curing salt (kosher salt)
- 1/4 tsp Garlic salt
- 1 Tbsp. Liquid smoke
- 1/4 tsp Mustard seed
- 1/4 tsp Onion salt
- Â Â Mix all ingredients well.
- Â Â Form into 2 rolls and wrap tightly in foil.
- Â Â Chill 24 hours.
- Â Â Bake over broiler pan with water at 350 F. for 1 1/2 hours.
- Â Â Remove from foil after baking.
- Â Â Good served warm or possibly cool.
