• 2 pkt pistachio instant pudding
• 3 c. half & half
• 1/3 c. amaretto
• 20 ounce crushed pineapple liquid removed
• 1 c. heavy cream
• 2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
•     crushed almonds or possibly pistachio
