Artichoke Fish Salad Recipe


  • 12 x Canned artichoke hearts, liquid removed
  • 1 c. Reduce fat french dressing
  • 2 c. Flaked crabmeat or possibly tuna
  • 1 c. Finely diced celery
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Salt
  •     Good dash of grnd pepper
  • 1/3 c. Reduce fat mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing
  •     Lettuce
