  • 3 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp White pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp Dry mint flakes

Description

Combine All Marinade Ingredients. Add In Meat And Marinate 72 Hrs, Turning Occasionally. Skewer And Grill Meat, Basting With Marinade.
