- 6 sundried tomato halves (NOT packaged in oil)
- 1-2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 2 Tbsp. fresh chopped basil
- 1/2 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2-3 Tbsp. freshly grated Asiago cheese
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
