  • 3 c. napa cabbage in 1/2" strips
  • 1 c. fresh bean sprouts
  • 1 c. julienne fresh shiitake caps
  • 2 Tbsp. peanut oil
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. sake
  • 2 tsp hoisin sauce
  •     Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
