Apricot Fruit 'n' Nut Bread Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. All-Purpose Flour
  • 3/4 c. Whole-Wheat Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Pwdr
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Grnd Cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. Dry Apricots minced, 12 halves
  • 1/3 c. Dry Figs minced, 2 large
  • 2 Tbsp. Raisins
  • 2 Tbsp. Walnuts minced, 1/2 ounce
  • 1 c. Apricot Nectar
  • 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 2 x Egg Whites
  • 2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil PLUS
  • 2 tsp Vegetable Oil
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
