Apricot Basting Sauce Recipe


  • 1/2 c. Apricot Jam
  • 1/4 c. Dry White Wine
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 c. Apricots, Dry, Fine Chop
  • 1 Tbsp. Honey


Heat All Ingredients Over Low Head, Stirring Occasionally, Till Jam Is Melted. Makes About 1 C. Of Sauce.
