Artichoke & Spinach Dip Recipe


  • 1 (10 ounce) pkg. frzn minced spinach (thaw & drain well)
  • 1 lg. can artichoke hearts, minced & liquid removed
  • 1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • Medium white sauce (2 T butter, 2 T flour, 1 c. lowfat milk)
  • Dash warm sauce
