- 3 - 3.5 cups bread flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2 cups medium rye flour
- 1/2 cup instant dry milk powder
- 2.5 tsp salt
- all-purpose flour for shaping/kneading
- 2 Tbsp melted butter for brushing
- 2 Tbsp rolled or steel cut oats (optional)
- 1 Tbsp milk (optional)
