- 1/4 pound Genoa salami sliced thin and Cut into 1/4 inch strips
- 1 can pitted ripe olives sliced
- 1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil (use more as needed)
- 1 T fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon salt
- Freshly grnd pepper
- 1/2 pound fontina or possibly fontinella cheese cut into 1/4 inch strips (2 c.)
- Pepperocini peppers and Diced pimento, (optional)
