- 1 c. Minced sweet potato
- 1 c. White hominy, not liquid removed
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1Â 1/2 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
- 1 tsp Crushed chiles
- 1/4 tsp Fenugreek
- 1/4 tsp Coriander
- 1 tsp Ginger pwdr, up to 2
- 1/8 tsp Asafoetida pwdr
- 1/2 x Lemon , juice of
