- 1 can (5z) sliced water chestnuts, liquid removed
- 1/2 c. Sliced green onions
- 1/2 c. Freshly minced mint
- 1/2 c. Minced red onion
- 4 tsp Orange juice
- 5 ounce Small shrimp, cooked
- 5 ounce Crab meat
