  • 3 c. Sliced mushrooms
  • 12 ounce Pasta, penne uncooked
  • 4 slc Bacon, cut in 1/2" pcs
  • 3 x Cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 c. Red onion, sliced in rings
  • 2 c. Fresh spinach, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh basil, minced or possibly
  • 1 tsp Dry basil
  • 1/2 tsp Crushed red pepper, optional**
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. Grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced fresh parsley
