- 1 can (8 3/4 ounce.) navy beans, rinsed and liquid removed
- 1 can (8 3/4 ounce.) kidney beans, rinsed and liquid removed
- 1 can (8 3/4 ounce.) lima beans, rinsed and liquid removed
- 5 x Pita breads, halved
- 1/2 c. Shredded cheddar cheese, optional
