  • 1 c. Cider vinegar
  • 1/2 c. Tawny port wine
  • 2 c. Dark brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Grnd allspice
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper or possibly crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 c. Minced fresh cilantro
