  • 1 1/2 c. CELERY -- SLICED
  • 1/2 c. ONION -- Minced
  • 10 ml GARLIC
  • 1 Tbsp. CHILI Pwdr
  • 3/4 tsp CUMIN
  • 2 c. WATER
  • 1/2 c. LENTILS
  • 16 ounce CAN TOMATOES IN JUICE --
  •     Minced
  • 2 Tbsp. TOMATO PASTE
  • 2 Tbsp. GREEN CHILIES -- CHOP
  • 10 ounce RED KIDNEY BEANS -- Liquid removed
  •     & PEPPER TO TASTE
