  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. frzn apple juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 med. apples, sliced thin (about 2 c.)
  • 1 T butter
