Ingredients

  • 2 (7 ounce) cans tuna, liquid removed & flaked
  • 1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 (5 ounce) jar stuffed green olives, cut in half
  • 1 (6 ounce) can pitted black olives, cut in half
  • 1 (6 ounce) jar artichoke hearts, cut in half
  • 1/2 (8 ounce) jar tiny sweet pickles, quartered lengthwise
  • 1/2 (4 3/4 ounce) jar sliced pimentos
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 2 T vinegar
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
